Medical Fitness Program 60 minute sessions
Ongoing supervised exercise for people managing chronic medical issues such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, peripheral vascular disease or those who prefer more supervision during exercise. All participants meet individually with one of the clinical specialists for an assessment prior to starting the program. Exercise classes are held two or three times per week.
Nutrition Counseling 30-60 minutes
