Dominican's Weigh-to-Go is a unique program created to help individuals find a realistic and healthy approach to losing weight through making sustainable lifestyle changes.

Because diets often don't work for the long term, Dominican's Weigh-to-Go does not focus on calorie-counting or dietary restriction. Instead, we support intuitive eating and making gradual behavioral changes that support a healthier lifestyle and weight.

What to expect:

  • Weekly group meetings
  • Dynamic, interactive weight management and wellness-related sessions on various topics, including nutrition, exercise, stress management and self-care
  • A scale available for self-weighing
  • Tools to support success, including coaching, weekly goal-setting and other proven techniques for change
