Welcome to the new Dominican Hospital Physician Recruitment Web site. Dominican Hospital is proud to have served the Santa Cruz community for over 65 years.
In 1941, a group of Adrian Dominican Sisters answered the call of the community when they walked through the doors of the abandoned Hanley Hospital in Santa Cruz, and re-opened it within the year.
Now, more than 65 years later, Dominican Hospital is still committed to serving the Central Coast. We are proud to provide advanced medical care with award-winning service lines, as well as working to improve quality of life for our 250,000 neighbors and fellow Santa Cruz residents.
When you join our medical staff members as a physician, you will become part of a team of over 500 members, 1,700 employees, 400 volunteers, and Sister sponsors who still take an active role in Hospital leadership.
